Be thankful

Be thankful that you do not already have everything you desire,
if you did ,what would there be to look forward to
Be thankful when you do not know something,
for it gives you the opportunity go learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times
during those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge,
because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes,
they will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you are tired and weary,
because it means you have made an effort.
It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those
who are also thankful for the setbacks.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful your troubles
and they can become your blessing.

懂得感激

当不能得到你想要的全部时，你要懂得感激，
如果你都得到了，那还有什么东西让你期待？
当不明白某些事情时，你要懂得感激，
因为它给了你学习的机会。

面对自己的困难时，你要懂得感激，
因为你会因此而成长。
面对自己的缺点时，你要懂得感激，
因为它们给了你改进的机会。

面对新的挑战时，你要懂得感激，
因为它们会锻炼你的意志和品格。
面对自己的错误时，你要懂得感激，
因为它们会让你得到宝贵的教训。

当你感到疲惫和厌倦时，你要懂得感激，
因为它们说明你已经作出了努力。
对好的事情懂得感激，这很容易，
丰盈的人生只会降临在，

感激能将消极变得积极，
学会对自己的烦恼感激，
然后它们就会变成你的祝福！
